ocating and Accepting the Quest
To accept the quest you will need to head towards (1, 6) of the 'Gothador' Realm. The realm window consists of 9 squares with you in the centre square. All actions available will be for that square only. To move around you can click the 'Move here' links to move in the relevant direction. Once there all you need to do is click the 'Listen to the Witch Doctor' button within your list of Actions on the left-hand side of the screen. Be aware that once you accept this quest you will not be able to return to the 'Gothador' realm until the tutorial is complete.

You will find yourself at the location (4, 5) of Gothador 7021 Years Ago. Head north towards the Barons Keep which is located at (4, 3) and accept the next quest.

The Guard Captain will set you the task of helping restock the armoury and also searching for valuables. These are both seperate quests and need to be completed before approaching the Guard Captain again.
eveling up and Understanding Each Player Statistic
After accepting the quest from the guard you should now be 250xp higher than before. If you came straight here after character creation then you will now be level 2. There are 8 player statistics that you can level up.

Attack - The higher the attack the better your chances will be of hitting a creature. A player's chance to hit a creature with a defence of 40 while the players attack is 10 will be greatly reduced.

Defence - The higher the defence the better your chances are of avoiding being hit by a creature or player.

HP (Health Points) - The more Hit Points you have the more damage you can take. When your HP hits 0 you will be rushed to the closest hospital (or other medical place representing your class) and all gold (and platinum pieces) collected will be dropped. When at the hospital you can spend an AP to heal yourself to the max.

MP (Magic Points) - Mana points are used when you cast a spell. Each spell takes a certain amount of MP to cast. The more MP you have the more times you can cast. Mana can be replenished by using Mana Potions and visiting Mana Shrines.

AC (Armour Points) - AC determines how much damage you take from an creature or player. The higher your AC the less damage you will sustain.

DMG (Damage) - Damage determines how many HP is removed from the creature or player whenever you hit them. Again, the higher your damage the higher the HP loss will be.

AP (Action Points) - Everytime you move, attack, say something or do any action you will lose an AP.

Speed - Speed determines how quickly your AP regenerates. The lowest that the player can reduce the speed is by 10 minutes. Equipment can be found that will further reduce this to 5 minutes.
ining, Smelting and Forging
To begin this quest you should head towards (3, 2) and click the 'Approach Him' button. The smith will tell you that the mine is north-west while the smelt is at the north east. Head towards the mine first. You will find the mine at (1, 1).
You should notice a set of 4 new icons within your action list. They are Mine X 1, Mine X 5, Mine X 20 and the final icon allows you to mine using all but one of your AP. Hovering the cursor over one of the icons will tell you the percentage chance of success in mining that specific ore. If you're a new character you will more than likely have 0 mining experience which means your mining chance will be 50%. Try mining at least 24 times. Once you've completed that then hopefully you will have received around 12 ore from this mining expedition.

While you're at the mines you should also notice another action in your list referring to a quest called 'The Past: Mine Revitalise'. Accept it to receive a stamina potion, a bit of Kromite Ore and 250 mining experience. If you are a new player then you will notice that your mining level has increased. The more you mine and the more experience you get the higher your level will go along with your ability to extract ore. That quest is now complete. You can get a list of completed and incomplete quests from the 'Quest Book' link. If you find yourself running low on AP then it would be wise to drink the stamina potion. To do that click the 'View Inventory' link and then from the category pulldown menu choose 'Potions'. To drink the potion all you need to do is make sure you have 1 AP to spare and then click the 'Use' button.

You should hopefully have around 12 Kromite Ore. You can check by going into your inventory and this time choosing the 'Ore' pulldown menu. Time to head east the the smelt. You'll find it at location (6, 1). Once there you will see that the action list for smelting is similiar to the mining list. Smelt all your ore into bars. You will require 6 bars before proceding back to the forge. If you don't have the bars then its time to head back to the mines to get more ore. Once you have the required ore head back to the forge at (3, 2).

Click the forge icon in the action list to open up a window with a list of all the forgable items. You will be wanting to click on the 'Quest Items' list. Its time to forge Weapon Supplies, Armour Supplies and Shield Supplies. Click the 'Forge Item' button on each of the items. Now that you have forged each item its time to finish this quest. Click on the 'Hand over Equipment' button in your actions list. You will have received the item 'Rune of the Blacksmith'. This item signifies the fact that you have completed the blacksmith quest.

Congratulations, you've finished the Smithing Quest. Next!
oraging and Mixing
Head to (3, 3) to begin the next quest. The mixer will inform you to go to a ruin at (1, 5) to forage for valuables. Once there you'll notice that you'll have a list of icons in the action section similiar to mining and foraging. You will need to forage for 10 valuable goblets. Once you have the ten you should head back to the mixer at (3, 3).

Back at the mixer you should notice a single symbol representing mixing. Click it. A pop-up window will appear with a list of all the mixable items you have. If you're a new character you should only have the 'Valuable Goblet' in the list. Select 10 of them from the pulldown menu and click the button 'Mix Selected Quantities'. You should now have the item 'Valuable Hoard'. Click the 'Hand over Valuable Hoard' to finish the quest. You should now have the 'The Rune of the Mixer' in your inventory along with some experience from both of the quests.
quipping, Killing and Banking
Its now time to report back to the guard captain. Head back to (4, 3) and perform the action 'Hand over Runes'. You will receive armour, a shield and a sword as a reward. Time to equip the new items. To do this click the 'View Inventory' link to open the inventory window. From the pulldown menu select 'Weapon' and then press the button 'Go'. You'll notice that your sword will be in the list. Click 'Equip Item' and the page will refresh and show the item on your character. Do the same with both the shield and the armour.

Now that you have a bit of money and been set a task to kill 10 kobolds it'd probably be wise to first bank the gold. Go to location (6, 7), Casack Bank. From the actions list you'll be able to deposit and withdraw money whenever you're at a bank location. Now lets go hunting!
You can only attack a creature or player if you're in the same square. Go find yourself a square with a kobold in it. In the list of actions you should be able to see a few icons showing what actions you can perform on the creature. The more skills you get, the more choices you might attain. Hovering over the sword icon will tell you your percentage chance of hitting the creature. Click the button. If you were successful then the creature would've disappeared and there should also be a new symbol on your current square that represents gold has been dropped. You can pick up the gold from the 'Actions for Map Location (?, ?)'. Kill a total of ten kobolds. If you lose count you can always return back to the keep and check with the guard. Before heading back to the keep and finishing the kobold section of the quest its now time to learn about shopping.
hopping and two Optional Quests
Head to (1, 8) to the general store. Under the actions tab there is a new set of actions which are for the general store. These are 'View Detailed Shop Inventory', 'Buy' and 'Sell'. 'View Detailed Shop Inventory' shows you everything that is for sale within the shop.

There are two optional quests that can be completed within this realm. They are at locations (4, 12) and (6, 5).
agery
Head back to the Baron's Keep at location (4, 3) and talk to the captain. He'll inform you that there is a mage to the south that may require assistance. Head down to location (1, 17). Talk to the mage and he will hand you a scroll and a rune. Equip the rune. The scroll is a magical scroll that when used permanently gives you the spell inscribed. Go to the scrolls section of your inventory and click the 'Read Scroll' button to learn the scroll. Clicking the link 'Spell Book' which is located next to your inventory link will open up a window with a list of spells that you have and their levels.

The rune that you received increases your MP by 10. Step over to (2, 17) and you'll see a new action called 'Recharge Mana'. Whenever you run low of MP you can return to this location and fill your MP up to max for the cost of a single AP.

Now its time to hunt a Kobold Mage. When you find one there will be a new action that you can perform on it. At the end of the list of icon actions you'll see a miniature picture of the 'Merd's Frost Bite' spell. Clicking it will cast it on the kobold. Kill the kobold. If you run out of mana return to the mana shrine. Once you've killed a kobold mage return to the elderly mage. He will inform you to return to the keep. If you return to (4, 3) and follow the captain you will leave this realm never to return. If you have any unfinished business then conclude it before you continue with the quest.

There are many quests to complete within Gothador and many other realms. A general FAQ can be found here, you can find general game information and post your questions here

Thanks.

And so the great war consumed many innocent lives. The baron and his land was one of many that fell during those chaotic years. Some say the baron still haunts the ruins of his keep, warding off anyone foolish enough to go near.
